GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION
- Sale items or items purchased during a sale or promotional event can only be returned for store credit or if deemed faulty.
- Please note the following returns policy applies to purchases made online through the Staple the Label website (located at staplethelabel.com). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased from stockists, such as Myer. This includes faulty items.
Australia: We are happy to accept returns on full-price items that are in original condition within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Rest of the world: We are happy to accept returns on full-price items that are in original condition within 21 days of you receiving your order.
- Returned items must not be worn, used, washed, or altered in any way. Items must be returned in their original packaging. All original tags and labels must still be attached.
- If you purchased your full-price item with a credit note or gift card, you will be issued with a credit note to the value of the purchase price of your item/s.
- All return postage costs are at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or not as ordered, or is deemed faulty, in which case you must first contact us at the email address below.
- All items will be reviewed individually upon return. If your return is accepted, we will refund the item price via your original payment method or we will issue you a credit note valid for 12 months.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- The items you choose to return are your responsibility until we receive them. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit. We recommend that you secure tracking and/or insurance for the items you are returning and keep proof of postage.
If we receive a returned item that does not adhere to the returns policy, the refund will become void and the item will be sent back to you.
- Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Paypal refunds clear almost immediately, while credit card refunds can take up to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. We kindly ask that you return your original item/s and place a new order for the preferred item/s. This applies to full-priced items only.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To initiate a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item/s. A RAN is required in order to process a refund.
