30ml Cinzano Rosso sweet vermouth
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Shake and strain over cubed ice. Garnish with a wedge of blood orange.
Splash of soda water
Fill a glass with ice, then add Aperol, Prosecco and soda water. Garnish with a piece of fresh orange.
15ml fresh lime juice
90ml fresh grapefruit juice
Soda water to top
Salt the rim of a glass by wetting it with lime juice and dipping it in a tray of salt. Fill glass with ice. Add tequila and fresh lime juice. Top with grapefruit juice and soda. Garnish with a wedge of blood orange.
